Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Chest Pain And Gastritis

I am 33 Years old man .iam suffering left side chest pain, hand pain center of chest pain .and gastric problem, 1st iwas visit a doctor .he was don chest x ray,ecg,colour dopler. But all tests are narmal.he suggest me a pan 40 .but no use.nd my problem ,gastric is increeseing.now am using pantocid l . Iys is use full me.now iam continue this tablet r not . Or any other sugeaction for me.
