Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Lower Abdominal Pain

I'm a 19 year old female and I'm having lower left abdominal pain. It's sharp and stabbing, moderate pain. I also noticed that I've been very thirsty while I've had this pain, but I keep myself hydrated with water, that I shouldn't be thirsty. It's weird!
