Suggest Treatment For Leg Cellulities

I was affected leg cellulities about two years back. Went through a major operations (two times) and again last Jan'11, scratched in one place in the leg itself again went through a samll operation. But still I am taking antibiotics, and for the past two days, again it started paining on the same place. Please advice
