Suggest Treatment For Leg, Muscle And Joint Pain Along With High BP

My husband takes amlodipine besylate 10 mg tab once daily & lisinopril 5 mg once daily for high blood pressure. pressure usually runs 135 over 80. He's experiencing a lot of leg, muscle and joint pain. Are there other blood pressure medications that have less side effects that might be effective?
