Suggest Treatment For Leg Spasms And Severe Pain While Treating MS

I have a diagnosis of MS but oligoclonal bands for CSF and serum are in same band. My symptoms started with leg spasms and now I have sever pain (mostly starting inside) when I sit for any length of time. I read about arachnoiditis and the symptoms seem to fit better and one MRI thought demylination was an arachnoid cyst. Have had sever migraine since I was 5. Last neurosurgeon suggested more aggressive pain management which I now have, but feel like a dope addict when I go to family doctors - most do not want to treat me and are very rude. Any suggestions going forward?
