Suggest Treatment For Leprosy

Hi doctor i have leprosy for 4 years, actually i have a patch on the face which is dull looking and less sensation I would say.The patch appears on my cheek badly due to this i am not getting married from past 4 years.I am only the sun in my family .when ever the people see, every one is asking is there senses or not? please suggest how can the patch disappears.Some times i felt that i want to commit to suicide.I have taken medicine for 3 years,previously it was red and swelling now it is flat but patch is appearing badly on the face.please suggest me what can i do?
