hello , im 25 y.o .. i had unprotected sex 11 months ago..and few days earlier i started to hav white painless lesion on base of glans penis ..and later a red shiny small dot appeared on skin of my penis .. i noticed these lesions after i started to masturbate more often .. how does it go away ?
