Suggest Treatment For Lethargic Feeling In An Elderly Person

Hi my mom is 78 and is acting very lethargic and today mentioned she is having a hard time holding utensils in her right hand. She just wants to rest and tells me she feels kinda loopy and out of it. Im just concerned that I might be overlooking something serious.
