Suggest Treatment For Leukoplakia On The Inside Of Tongue

I have leukoplakia on the left inside of my tongue for the past one year. I tried homeopathy but it did not help. Since past 10 days I am taking antioxidant capsules TDS and locally applying clortimazole lotion on the affected area alongwith a Traimcinalone Acetonite gel TDS. There has been considerable improvement but a small white patch, the size of a tablet remains. Cured patches are quite raw, red & sensitive. Do you suggest some additional medicines/antibiotics. I also take medicines for hypothyroidism, hypertension and high cholestrol.(THyronorm 88,olmy 10 & atorlip 10).
