Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planus Causing Painful Breakouts In Body

.HI I HAVE HAD a biopsy on my feet and said it was lichen planus about 4 years ago. i have had breakouts on my stomach,back, hand amd arm and its be red little bumps and then its get bigger. when it dry it gets flaky and painful. do u know what this is?
