Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planus Pigmentosus

I am suffering from Lichen planus pigmentosus and i am in treament from a dermatologist since 5 months I am in dermadew aloe lotion,dermadew lite soap, vc15 serum and novowhite cream. Kindly let me know the prognosis and also advise me how injurious is sunlight for my condition as I have to move around in the daytime. Thank you, Rekha
