Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planus

I have blue toe I think. I've taken Spironalactone recently. I went to my foot doctor and he says my pulse and pressure in the foot is good. I also have had problem with Lickin Planus in the past due to medicine reaction.I have an appointment with a dermatolgist in June but that is so far away. Please help
