Suggest Treatment For Light And Irregular Periods

Hello, I am 24. I have always had irregular heavy periods since I was 14. This year, my periods are still irregular but light, I bleed in between periods and after having sex. I have been sexually active since I was 16 (with the same guy). We have never used protection. I have never gotten pregnant. Please advise
