Suggest Treatment For Light Brown Spot On Inner Wrist

Today i noticed a circular light brown spot on my inner wrist. I did not see it there a few hours ago so i am assuming it has appeared recently. It does not hurt nor is it itchy. It is flat and looks sort of like a bruise. it is about the size of the tip of my baby finger. I am a 23 yr old female
