Suggest Treatment For Light Headedness And Arthritis In Spine

When I am standing up, (please not this is not upon standing after laying down, just pretty much always), I find myself tired, dizzy, light headed, and nearly pass out. I almost feel drunk . When I am laying down, all symptoms subside and I feel fine again. My blood sugars are normal when I test during these symptoms. I have reactive hypoglycemia, and perfect blood pressure. Thyroid tests are always normal, celiac disease tests are all negative/normal. Cholesterol is in normal range (on low side). I have been anemic in the past, but my last few blood tests showed that my increase in iron rich foods consumed has raised my counts to normal levels. I have arthritis in my spine, a couple slightly bulging discs, and a hemangioma in my spine (as of an MRI 5 years ago). My doctor doesn t seem to know what s causing this or thinks I m nuts.
