Suggest Treatment For Light Menstrual Bleeding, Nausea And Stomach Cramping

i have been feeling nausea, fatigue, stomach cramps that feel like period pains, headaches, hertburn for the last 6 weeks now.. but am still bleeding at the time my periods are due, although they are alot lighter and don't last as long. just need some advice really..
