Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness, Tiredness And Sinus

I ve been suffering with sinuses or at least what I ve been told but never have seemed to go away. I feel constantly lightheaded feel like ill pass out at times. I have to force myself to sleep but I m constantly tired and have major face pains and ears hurt. I ve tried pretty much everything decongestant they don t seem to work. What should I do?
