Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness

I was at work today and had not eaten. I suddenly started to lose my hearing and got very lightheaded. I couldn't stand or walk until after about ten minutes after drinking Some oj. The hearing came back and the light head as well. There was no pain at all. Can u help me.
