Suggest Treatment For Limited To Peripheral Vision In Right Eye

I am wondering if i can join the Army with my vision problems; amblyopia. So, my left eye is technically fine but i do wear a contact on it everyday which gives me good vision, but my right eye is a different story. I am not cross eyed and i guess it is also called a lazy eye but my vision in my right eye is limited to peripheral vision, if i were to cover my left eye than i can see all to my right and some to my left like everyone else but it isn t clear.
