Suggest Treatment For Linchen Simplex

hi!doctor im 35years old 5/4 i just need a help i have a skin problem for almost ten years my dermatologies did a biopsy in year 2007 and the results are linchen simplex chronicus i just want to as what kind of remedies that i can do to stop this kind of skin problem because i cannot come back to my dermatologies because i dont have money to do all the test that the dermatologies told me it is very expensive here in the phillipines i wish that you can help me hoping to get some answers from you thank you.
