Suggest Treatment For Lipoma Near Collarbone And Lump On Chest

Hi. I have had what looks like a lipoma below my collar bone on the right side of my chest. Recently I found a smaller hard lump on my chest just below it. Woke up yesterday with bruises all over my arms, night sweats, headaches for close to a month. Today had a crazy amount of blood like never before when I brushed my teeth. Wanting to know if its worth a doctors visit. I take great care of my teeth and eat healthy. I exercise. The large mushy painless lump has been there close to a year.
