Suggest Treatment For Lipomas

Dear doctor, Greetings, I have 5 to 6 lipomas. I was not worried before because my doctor told me that these lipomas are not harmful, but these are increasing in count and size too. i have two lipoma near left kidney. one in back which pains some times.

Please suggest me what to do?
