Suggest Treatment For Liver Cirrhosis And Water Accumulation In Penis

hello,MY FATHER IS 54 years old he is suffering from cirosis of liver since  one yearthrice he was admitted due to blood vomitting problem then cured but now the status is every week we have to go to remove water from stomach i.e 2.5 ltr. of water his weight is 90 kgs. today the problem is the water is accumulated in penis kindly suggest what to do????
