Suggest Treatment For Liver Lesion And Pain

Had an incidental finding of a 1.3cm by hyperenhancing liver lesion that was not completely characterized. Should I worry? I had gone to rule out PE, having pleuritic type pain. No other finding of issue per se. Med Hx DVT, after fall with ankle injury and follewd by long flight>24hr 1.5yrs ago. 45 yro female. No other interesting med hx.
