Suggest Treatment For Liver Spot

i have liverspots since i was a kid

now it is all over my upper body

i now have jockitch really bad

the last doctor gave me clotrimazole and bentamethasone to use

this worked then the jockitch would come right back

i need to get rid of the liverspots and the hockitch

please help
