Suggest Treatment For Long Fore Skin Of Penis

HELLO,uncut male here 50yrs with extra long 4skin...my head of the penis seems to be less sensitive lately and on occasion foreskin tightens and hard to go over head of penis......i don't have health issues and wash area everyday. should i consider circumcision and if so can we cut just half of foreskin because i'm proud of it
