Suggest Treatment For Long Lasting Headache

I have been suffering from headaches for over a year. The headache is on the right side of my head only starting at my eye and going to the temple. I have a history of chronic sinusitis and was wondering if the headache could be caused by the frontal sinuses being blocked?
