Suggest Treatment For Long Overhanging Foreskin On Penis

Yes I do have a question I am embarrissed to ask my doctor. I am a young adult male who has a very long overhanging foreskin. It still covers the glans when hard but can be easy pulled back. The problem is I find it very hard to orgasm with my girlfriend with out using one hand to hold the foreskin back. I do not want to be circumcised if possible.
