Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion, Cold And Fever

I have loose motion due to cold and I took aloes 30 and arsenic alb 30. In food I had moong k dal ki kchicdi and curd and butter milk and banana . But I got fever . So can I have banana and better milk now as I have no fever and when I had this two it had cured loose motion. Plz suggest
