Suggest Treatment For Loose Skin Tag Under The Tongue

I had surgery in my mouth under my tongue to remove a protruding piece of substance filled flesh when I was a child. Recently the flesh under my tongue has become loose and easy to move around under my tongue and now I can't stop messing with it. What can I do to get rid of it?
