Suggest Treatment For Losing Hair On Face

hi doctor im almost 29 male losing hair on my face first it was a smal spot on my chin size of a dime but that grew back now i have bigger spots on the side of my face and on the side of my neck (hair line) and a smal spot on my chest and its feels very smoot.. iv been smokin weed for the past 3 years not much though at night time one or two smal puffs to relax i also been stressin in the past .i also lift weights and used a smal amount of steroids like 5 years ago..any of those a reason..or is it something else will it grow back or get more and if how bad?
