Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Balance In Body

my wife undergone removal of utrus and overy three years back.she consumed lot of medicine and consulted gyno,general physicaian, neuro surgen and also ayurvedic. Still she is having unbalance on head some time and thinking she will fall down. She is not having that much energy to do any job which she was doing. Kindly let me know what should I do and which doctor i should consult
