Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Nail Of The Toe

in may i stubbed my toe and the nail fell off. A couple days later i stubbed it again and it started to bleed. A couple months later i grew a toe nail back and it was seperated from the nail bed but it stayed on. The it fell off . Now i have no nail and a white patch is there and layers of something.what is it?
