Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Sense Of Taste Along With Stomach Cramps

My sinuses are terribly infected and my sense of taste is off. Long story short, I got up in the middle of last night, and accidentally consumed bad milk. I ate it on a bowl of cereal. I thought the expiration date was the 25th, but upon awakening with awful stomach cramps this morning, I rechecked it. It expired on the 15th. I also have a mild fever. That may be the sinus infection too though. It has been 8 1/2 hours since I woke up like this and the gastric pain is not subsiding. What can I do about it? (Sorry the story wound up being a little long anyway!)
