Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Voice

I tried smoking meth the other day. i coughed hard and very painfully the whole time. its been two or three days and i still can't talk. my vocal cords feel like they can't vibrate. and it doesn't feel like its getting better. what can i do? i drink water constantly and gargle constantly. i don't know what else to do.
