Suggest Treatment For Loud, Constant Sound In Ears

I hear a sound continuously day & night in both my ear from past 7 months.
Its more louder in my right ear.
Initially I dint took it seriously,
Now after taking treatments also Dr.'s are saying its not curable.
Due to this noise I am not able to sleep at night, My health, personal, professional life is completely disturbed. Just because I am not able to sleep.
Please help me out...
