Suggest Treatment For Low BP And Lower Back Pain

I just got out the hospital after having a threatened premature labor and I was dilated to 1cm But now it s been 3days and I am having lower pressure and lower back pain and I have been losing my mucus plug. Today I felt wet so I went and looked and I had this mucus string going from my vagina to my underwear. My question is should i be worried and should i go to the hospital. This is my second child my first was born at 35 weeks and I am currently 32 weeks with this child.
