Suggest Treatment For Low WBC Count, Hair Loss While Going Through Menopause

I have had a low WBC count for a couple of years most recent was 3.6 with absolute neutrophils at 1.3, I am 52 and having issues with menopause. When I was 49 my WBC ct was 6.1 but since then it has been 3.9 , 3.7 3.1 at the lowest. I have been experiencing hair loss and my MD says my thyroid is fine. My hormones are all awry and I read something about WBC count and hair loss and I am wondering if there is a connection. Other than the menopausal symptoms I feel OK, lack of sleep , hotflashes etc. Please advise.
