Suggest Treatment For Low Bone Density When On Treatment For Diabetes

I am an insulin dependent diabetic taking multiple meds for diabetes plus high blood pressure medication. Due to taking prescription omeprozole for acid reflux daily for multiple years now I have a bone problem. I am a 72 yr old woman. Am I able to take calcium with the meds I take? What about natural algae calcium?
