Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Facet Joint Hypertrophy

What type of treatment should I seek for a low grade facet joint hypertrophy. Shallow superimposed central disc protrusion at the L4-5 level, causing borderline mild canal stenosis and appearing to just touch the medial margin of the proximal right L5 nerve root within the lateral recess?? Help causing a lot of pain.
