Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever, Muscle Pain, Chest Pain And Cough

My husband is running a low grade fever for a few days, with muscle aches, chest hurting, coughing up hard balls of phlem, sweating, cold chills, and says he hurts all over. Im thinking pneumonia, should I take him to ER to been seen right away, or keep his appointment with pcp tomorrow? Im not wanting those in dr office to catch it if YYYY@YYYY
