Suggest Treatment For Low Hemoglobin Levels

Yes I am anemic and my hemoglobin is low and I need to get a blood transfusion asap this is my 2nd time the other was last yr and my doc says its not as bad as last time but low but I can t make it in tomorrow for the transfusion until the day after what can I do in the meantime
