Suggest Treatment For Low Libido, Mild Erection Problem And Hair Fall

Hi, I am a 28 year old male who noticed that I had a low libido and mild erection problem (but not erectile dysfunction) 1.5 years ago when I got married. Upon research, I found out that I had a Testosterone level of 290 (avg.) which does fall into normal range i.e. 240-890 but is equivalent to testosterone levels of a 80 year old male. Approximate Testosterone level for someone my age should be around 500-600 and I guess this is what's causing my low libido symptoms and due to which my wife also gets disappointed sometimes as I am never the one to initiate things in bed. In western countries, doctors do treat someone my age with that kind of Testosterone level but as I have visited a few endocrinologist in India, they are very reluctant to treat my condition as I fall in "normal range". Other vague symptoms include scalp hair fall, reduced sports playing ability. Can you please advise what can I do in this regard??
