I am 37 years old. White male. Non smoker Non drinker. exercise occasionally. 1st serm count analysis showed 900,000 2nd showed 4.5 mil However my wife and I are still having trouble concieving. Her fertility specialist has given her 100% go ahead. However I swimmers seem not to want to make the trip because of low morphology and very low testosterone... What do you recommend?
