Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count

I'm 53 years old. My wife younger then me would like to have children but I was taking HDEA 50mm a day. No sperm in in my semen.
I stop taking HDEA, I hope to have sperm soon to get my wife pregnant. Masturbation can result to that problem? I'm going to the Philippines in 20 days I will have to take some malarone, that medecin can affect sperm?
