Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Back Pain

Recently I have been having lower abdominal and back pain. I did a sonogram and my results showed that my uterus measures 8.2 x 4.4 x 5.4 cm. Also, it showed that the myometrium is heterogeneous. It contains a 1.4 x 1.3 x 0.9 cm posterior intramural fibroid with a 1.7 x 1.3 x 3.0 cm anterior subserosal fibroid. What is your opinion about this? I am concerned because I have a lot of pain.
