Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Cramps And Irregular Periods

i am a few days late on my period. i have irregular periods anyway and this has never worried me before however this time i have a really bad gut feeling that it might be different. i am very worried about it. i feel like i am on a period and have stomach cramps in my lower abdominals but whenever i check there is no blood. there is also a little white discharge that comes out on my fingers. i have recently been awake extremely late around 5am - 7am so have changed my sleeping habits. i have also been eating a lot more unhealthy than i normally do.
