Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea

Well thank you I am a bit worried, started yesterday am. Real bad pains lower abdomen feels like kicked in belly.now higher abdomen also, no diarrhoea bit of nausea, and feels painful around bottom like proctitis which I had years ago. I am female 68
