Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Swollen Testicle

Hi doctor.. I am 19 yrs old. Few days before I had pain in my lower abdomenal part just above penis on lest side... Two days before the pain had transferred into my left testicle ... Now it is swollen and pain ful.. I cant walk normally... Please help me ... I cant attend my class in this condition..
