Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain During Urination

I am a female. I have pain in the bottom of my stomach. I went to urinate and it was very painful and I urinated very little. There was bight red blood in the urine. I also have a multiple sclerosis diagnosis. I am 56 years old and my stomach aches as if I am on my period. What could this be?
